vinyasa 60-minute classes. Faster-paced dynamic flows centered in breath-to-movement using sun salutations as the foundation

hatha 30-minute classes. Slower paced, longer holds. Great practice for beginners, and for those looking to build strength

coreflow 30-minute classes. Build strength in your powerhouse. Expect lots of planks, and maybe some fun arm balances

all classes will be practiced live via zoom

for a duration of 30 or 60 minutes.
