1 1/2 cups oatmeal (quick oats)
10 - 12 drops of your favorite essential oil (skin faves include lavender, frankincense, rose or geranium)
1/2 cup Epson salts (optional)
3 tbsp Baking soda
Grind oats, Epson salt, baking soda, and essential oil into a blender or food processor (mix until oats are finely ground)
Store in a water-resistant container
Add to a warm water bath and soak for 15 - 20 minutes
Throwing on your favorite tunes, lighting a candle, and remembering to moisturize after your bath are also all essential steps needing your undivided attention. Ask grandma.
